What We Believe

Bethel Church is a Global Methodist congregation that is built and grounded on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. In Jesus, we can know and experience God’s unconditional love. By believing in Jesus, we are made right with God – not because of anything we do or say, but because of what God has done for us by sending His Son Jesus to die on a cross. On the cross, Jesus took on himself our sins and by believing in Jesus we are forgiven and restored in right relationship with God.

As those who follow Jesus, we commit to a life-long journey of transformation to be more like Jesus in the ways we live and love. This change does not end with us – God calls us to be transforming agents in the world as well.
